Darius T. Chan

Darius received his law degree from the Golden Gate University, School of Law.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005.  Prior to starting his own law firm in 2008, Darius practiced at law firms specializing in real estate, landlord/tenant, and personal injury matters.  Darius has also served as in-house counsel for a multinational software and technology company, handling legal issues related to contracts, employment, and business.  Darius’ experience, creativity, and knowledge allow him to successfully handle cases from different aspects of the law.  Darius is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Emily E. Wick

Emily received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.  She was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2010.  During law school she served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Challenges, Co-Chair of the Environmental Law Society, and Oral Advocate on an advocacy competition team.  Prior to joining the firm, she interned at UNESCO Etxea in Spain and at the San Francisco Superior Court Probate Department.  Emily is proficient in Spanish.
